CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION -- Ignition Coil
Dear Chrysler Corporation Vehicle Owner:
The satisfaction of our customers is very important to Chrysler. Because of this, we are requesting owners of certain 1993 model Jeep" Grand Cherokee
and Grand Wagoneer vehicles to return them to their dealers for a special service. The service and required parts as described in this letter will be
provided free of charge.
The service is needed to prevent failure of the engine ignition coil. Without the service we are offering, your vehicle, as identified on the enclosed form
may experience poor engine performance, hard starting or a no start condition. Because this could leave you stranded, we ask that you arrange for this
important service without delay.
To correct the condition, your dealer will replace the engine ignition coil and install a jumper wire. The work will take about one-half hour to complete.
However, additional time may be required depending on how dealer appointments are scheduled and processed. To arrange for this service:
Contact your dealer as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for the free service.
Take the enclosed Owner Notification Form with you at the time of your appointment and give it to your dealer. The form identifies the vehicle and the
service that is required.
If you have any problem obtaining the needed service, please contact the Chrysler Zone Service Office in your area. (It is listed under "Service
Assistance" in your Owner's Manual.) A Zone representative will arrange for prompt servicing of your vehicle.

satisfaction with your Jeep vehicle.
