Coil Spring Upper Isolator

If the wrong isolator is present, install the correct isolator as listed above. If the vehicle has the correct isolator, inspect it for any signs of distortion and
replace it as necessary. The isolator must be lubricated with a rubber lubricant and installed with the flat facing outward to clear the corresponding flat in
the spring pocket.

Inspect the jounce bumper cup for any signs of contact. If contact has been made, remove the jounce bumper and cup and grind the edge of the cup
as shown in Figure 2. Install the cup and tighten the jounce bumper mounting bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft.lbs.). Install the bumper.

Install the springs using care to properly seat the spring. Attach the track bar and shock mounts. Tighten the track bar bolt to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs).
Tighten the upper shock nut to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).

9.

Install the stabilizer bar link and tighten the nuts to 36 Nm (27 ft.lbs).
