THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 5.2L ENGINES BUILT PRIOR TO 09-07-94, (MDH 09-07-XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The rear bumper fascia may become distorted near the tailpipe outlet after prolonged operation while towing a trailer.
DIAGNOSIS:
Inspect the vehicle. If the condition is present, perform the repair procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves replacing the bumper fascia and installing a revised tailpipe.
1.
Replace the bumper fascia and refinish if required.
2.
Install the new tailpipe, P/N 52021030, using the procedures outlined in the appropriate Service Manual.
POLICY: Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
