Blower Motor: Service and Repair
Removal

The blower motor and wheel are located under the glove box and can be removed from the passenger compartment.

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Disconnect the blower motor cooling tube.
3. Remove the blower motor electrical connector from the retainer. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the blower motor and wheel assembly mounting screws.
5. Remove the blower motor and wheel assembly.

6. Remove the blower motor wheel retainer clip.
7. Pull the blower motor wheel off of the blower motor shaft.
