High Pressure Safety Valve HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Discharge the A/C refrigerant system into a recovery/recycle device.

3. Rotate the high pressure relief valve counterclockwise and separate relief valve from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the high pressure relief valve.
2. Evacuate the A/C system.
3. Charge the A/C system.

4. Connect the negative cable to the battery.
