Power Mirror Switch: Testing and Inspection
MEMORY SWITCH
For complete circuit diagrams, refer to Wiring Diagrams.
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the driver side front door trim panel. Refer to the Body section for the procedure.
3. Disconnect the memory switch wire harness connector from the driver door module connector receptacle.
Memory Switch Test
4. Use an ohmmeter to test the resistances of the memory switch in each switch position. See the Memory Switch Test chart MEMORY SWITCH
TEST . If OK, refer to Memory System Diagnosis and Testing in this group. If not OK, replace the faulty memory switch.
