1. Using a trim stick or another suitable wide flat-bladed tool, gently pry the top of the turning loop trim cover to unsnap it from the height adjuster

and access the screw that secures the front seat belt turning loop to the adjuster on the upper b-pillar. (Fig. 2)

2. Remove the screw that secures the seat belt turning loop to the height adjuster on the upper b-pillar. (Fig. 3)
