Owner Notification and Service Scheduling
All involved vehicle owners known to Chrysler are being notified of the service requirement by first class mail. They are requested to schedule
appointments for the service with their dealers at the earliest possible date. A copy of the owner notification letter is included.
Enclosed with each owner notification is an Owner Notification Form. The involved vehicle and recall are identified on the form for owner or dealer
reference as needed.
Service Procedure
This procedure involves inspecting the vehicle for front suspension cam bolts and cam washers and replacing them with a new bolt (no cam) and nut (no
cam washer).

Raise vehicle on a drive-on type hoist and inspect both front lower suspension arm-to-front axle bracket attachments.
CAUTION:
THIS SERVICE MUST EITHER BE DONE ON A DRIVE-ON TYPE HOIST, AN ALIGNMENT RACK OR ON THE GROUND. THE
VEHICLE MUST BE AT RIDING HEIGHT WITH ALL WEIGHT ON THE TIRES TO REPLACE CAM BOLTS.
