**5. Remove the crankshaft position sensor bolt.**
**6. Position the shield over the sensor to protect the wire harness and install the bolt, tightening it to 7 Nm (60 in. lbs.).**

Check transmission shift lever position by moving it all the way rearward into Park detent. Verify positive engagement of Park lock by attempting
to rotate propeller shaft. Shaft will not rotate when park lock is engaged.
8.
Install new shift cable, P/N 52079230, by snapping cable into cable bracket on transmission.
9.
Lock shift cable by pressing cable adjuster clamp down until it snaps into place.
10.
Check engine starting. Engine should start only in Park and Neutral.
