Rear Disc Brake Caliper Rattle
MODELS:

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
A rattle coming from the rear of the vehicle over bumps or washboard roads.
DIAGNOSIS:
Rock the calipers on the slide rails. If the calipers and shoes will lift up and down on the rails, perform the repair procedure.

Caliper Hold Down Clips
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves installing hold down clips to the rear disc brake calipers.
1.
Remove the rear wheels.
2.
Hook one end of the spring clip, P/N 52008783, under the slide rail. Bend the spring clip enough to allow insertion of the other end under the
other slide rail as shown.
3.
Install the rear wheels.
