Grand Cherokee 4WD V8-4.7L Flex Fuel (2009)
CAUTION: The upper trim plug must be removed and discarded to gain access to the upper retaining screw before attempting to remove the
trim panel. Failure to remove the trim screw may result in damage to the trim panel or the retaining clip.
4. Install a new trim plug (1) into the trim panel.
5. Engage the seat belt lower anchor under the loosened bolt that secures the lower anchor and the rear seat back bracket to the rear floor panel. Be
certain the seat belt webbing between the turning loop and the lower anchor is not twisted.
6. Tighten the bolt (3) that secures the lower anchor and the rear seat back bracket to the rear floor panel. Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
7. Reinstall the rear seat cushion into the vehicle. See: Seats/Seat Cover/Service and Repair/Seat Cushion Cover - Installation.
