(5) Reverse the removal procedures to install.
Instrument Cluster
INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, REFER TO PASSIVE RESTRAINT SYSTEMS BEFORE ATTEMPTING
STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. FAILURE TO TAKE
THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.
(1) Remove the cluster bezel as described.
(2) Remove the two screws securing each end of the cluster to the instrument panel.
(3) Pull the cluster rearward and remove it from the vehicle.
(4) Reverse the removal procedures to install.
Trip Odometer Reset Knob
TRIP ODOMETER RESET KNOB
(1) Grasp the knob firmly between the thumb and forefinger.
(2) Gently pull the knob away from the instrument cluster until it slides off of the trip odometer reset switch stem.
(3) Reverse the removal procedures to install.

(1) Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
(2) Remove the trip odometer reset knob as described.
(3) Remove the instrument cluster from the instrument panel as described.
