Insert a regulated air nozzle into the orifices in all three reservoir ports, (Figure 24), and blow to ensure that these passages are free of
obstruction.

Repeat the flushing procedure through the secondary outlet port as needed until the fluid exiting the housing is clear.

Installation of Actuator Piston Assemblies
1.
Lubricate the new primary and secondary piston assemblies with clean brake fluid. Wet the cup seals, white ring seals, and the O-rings.
2.
Install the secondary piston, spring end first, into the actuator bore, (Figure 25). Be sure that the seal cup is not folded back or twisted.
