As shown in Figure 1, measure 3 inches (75 mm) toward the front of the car from the front edge of the existing carpet cutout.

4.

Remove this section (3 inches by the width of the existing cutout) of carpet and insulation.

5.

Reinstall full console assembly.

6.

Install new bezel and dial assembly (P/N 55022195).

7.

Please insert a note in JEEP Service Manual # 81-370-9045, page 23-51, referencing this bulletin whenever replacing the automatic transmission 
shift indicator bezel.
