NOTE:
This recall applies only to the above vehicles built from May 19, 2008 through June 28, 2008 (MDH 051906 through 062800).
IMPORTANT:
Some of the involved vehicles may be in dealer used vehicle inventory. Dealers should complete this recall service on these vehicles before retail
delivery. Dealers should also perform this recall on vehicles in for service. Involved vehicles can be determined by using the VIP inquiry process.
Subject
The windshield wiper motor on about 12,000 of the above vehicles may fail without warning. A loss of windshield wipers could limit the driver's
visibility under certain operating conditions and cause a crash without warning.
Repair
The windshield wiper motor assembly must be replaced.

No special tools are required to perform this service procedure.
Completion Reporting and Reimbursement
Claims for vehicles that have been serviced must be submitted on the DealerCONNECT Claim Entry Screen located on the Service tab. Claims
submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.

Add the cost of the recall parts package plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.
