Hood Hinge: Service and Repair
Hood Hinge - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Install the hinge (2) to the vehicle use the reference position made during removal.
2. Install nuts (3) attaching hinge (2) to the body and tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
3. Install nuts (1) attaching hinge (2) to hood and tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
4. Install hood support cylinder, See: Hood Shock / Support/Service and Repair/Gas Prop - Installation.
