Liberty 4WD V6-3.7L (2009)
1. Install the return hose/line at the mounting clip (1).
2. Install return hose to the steering gear.
3. Install return hose to the cooler (1) and reclamp (2) with a new crimp clamp.
4. Install the fan shroud.
5. Install the washer/coolant reservoir assembly.
6. Install air cleaner housing See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Air Filter Element/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner - Installation
7. Fill and bleed power steering system See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Service and Repair/Steering - Power Steering System Bleeding.
8. Inspect for leaks.
Return Hose - Cooler to Reservoir
RETURN HOSE - COOLER TO RESERVOIR
1. Install the hose to the vehicle.
