TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE - GASOLINE ENGINES

The Transmission Control Module (TCM) is a sub-module within the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) (1). The PCM is located on the right inner
fender. The NGC IV (fourth-generation) Powertrain Control Module (PCM) provides integrated electronic control of all transmission functions.

If the vehicle is equipped with a NAG1 transmission the TCM (1) is a separate module located behind the drivers knee bolster to the right of the steering
column.
