Using a 5/8" (16 mm) drill bit, enlarge the two holes in the instrument panel support.

Inspect the knee blocker retaining clips and replace any damaged clips if necessary.

Lower Clips - P/N 05083125AA

Insert the knee blocker wire hooks through the holes that were drilled in Step 8 and then install the knee blocker assembly by aligning the retaining
clips. Seat the two lower clips first and then seat the upper clips. Make sure that all four retaining clips are fully seated.
