8. Position the front seat belt lower anchor to the bracket on the outboard side of the front seat cushion frame.
9. Install and tighten the screw that secures the lower anchor to the bracket on the outboard side of the front seat cushion frame. Tighten the screw to
43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.).
10. Align the plug that covers the front seat belt lower anchor screw with the hole near the rear of the outboard seat side shield. Using hand pressure,
press firmly and evenly on the plug until it snaps into place.
11. Do not reconnect the battery negative cable at this time. The airbag system verification test procedure should be performed following service of
any supplemental restraint system component. (Refer to RESTRAINTS - STANDARD PROCEDURE - VERIFICATION TEST).
