Crankshaft Position Sensor - Removal
REMOVAL
The Crankshaft Position Sensor is in the rear of the engine block near the transmission.
1. Remove the engine cover (1).
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the air cleaner body (1) See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service
and Repair/Air Cleaner Body - Removal.
