Shift Shaft Bushing(s) - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Position replacement bushing over shift shaft bore.
2. Using an appropriate size deep-well socket (1), install bushing (2) in selector shaft bore.

Select Shaft - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Disassemble transaxle.
2. With the transaxle disassembled, remove the select shaft seal.
3. Using snap-ring pliers, remove the snap ring (3) at the select shaft bore.
4. Push the select shaft (2) in the case and remove the select assembly.
