CALIPER REMOVAL-FOUR WHEEL DRIVE

1. Raise vehicle and remove front wheels.

2. Remove caliper slide pins.

Caliper Removal

3. Rotate caliper rearward by hand or with pry tool. Then rotate caliper and brakeshoes off mounting ledges.

Front Brake Hose Components

4. Remove caliper fitting bolt and disconnect front brakeline at caliper. Discard fitting bolt washers. They are not reusable and must be replaced.
