ASSEMBLY

1. Dip the master cylinder internal components in brake fluid. Coat the master cylinder piston bore with brake fluid.

2. Install the secondary piston seals. The seal lip (1) on the rear seal must face the interior of the piston bore.

3. The front seal lip (2) must face outward, away from the inside of the piston bore.

4. Install the seal retainer and return spring (3) on the secondary piston.

5. Install:

6. Push the primary piston inward and install the snap ring (6).
