If you prefer not to perform the installation yourself, contact your dealer to make an appointment for the fuse installation. This service will be provided
free of charge. Take the enclosed Owner Recall Notification Form and fuse with you at the time of your appointment and give them to your dealer. The
form identifies the vehicle and recall for which service is required.
If you have any problem obtaining the service, please contact the Chrysler Zone Service Office in your area. (It is listed under "Service Assistance" in
your Operator's Manual.) A Zone representative will arrange for prompt servicing of your vehicle. If you are still unable to obtain the repair as described
in this letter within a reasonable time, you may also contact the Manufacturers Operations Division of the Environmental Protection Agency (EN-340F),

Maintenance Timer Fuse Installation

EMISSIONS MAINTENANCE TIMER FUSE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Find the fuse panel located beneath the instrument panel to the left of the steering column as shown in Figure 1.

Locate the 10 amp fuse cavity next to the turn signal flasher. The cavity is located between the words PWR ACC and CLOCK. The word CLOCK
will likely be blocked out (Figure 2).

If the cavity contains a red 10 amp fuse, no further action is required.
4.
If the cavity is empty, install the provided 10 amp blade-type fuse.
