Reconnect the front and rear brake lines at the outboard side of the pressure modulator, (Figure 4). Tighten the tube nuts to 10 ft.lbs.
(13.6 N-m).

Reinstall the boost pressure switch (Figure 4). Torque the switch to 100 in. lbs (11.3 N-m).
14.
Reconnect the wire connectors for the modulator boost pressure, fluid level, differential pressure, and accumulator pressure switches.
15.
Remove caps from the high pressure line and accumulator block elbow.
Attach the high pressure line to the elbow and tighten to 62 in.lbs. (7.0 N-m).

Secure Brake Tube and Hoses
1.
Slide the (2) foam sleeves on the steel tube into position below the dash panel studs as indicated in Figure 32. One stud is in the center of
the dash panel directly behind the valve cover. The second is on the passenger side of the vehicle, (Figure 32).

Center the (2) supplied rubber coated P-clips on the foam sleeves. Wrap the clips around the sleeves and tube.
3.
Secure the clips to the studs using the supplied push nuts, (Figure 32).
4.
Reattach any wiring harnesses which were disconnected for installation of the tube.
5.
Reroute the high pressure brake hose into its initial position as necessary and tie wrap it into place.
