REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This repair involves installation of a replacement crankcase ventilation tube.

1.

Remove the original CCV tube, elbow, and grommet in the rocker cover.

2.

If it was determined that oil sludge had accumulated inside the rocker cover, clean away the sludge buildup, being sure to inspect and clean the oil
return passages in the cylinder head. Install cover on engine.

3.

Clean oil from the air cleaner housing, if necessary.

4.

Install the new CCV package, PN 4638360, in place of the original CCV tube, elbow, and grommet.

POLICY:

Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
