Idle Speed: Adjustments
Fast Idle Adjustment

    Set fast idle speed with engine at normal operating temperature and EGR disconnected and plugged. Position fast idle adjusting screw in contact with
second step and against shoulder of high step of fast idle cam. Adjust to specifications by turning fast idle adjusting screw.
