WRANGLER
1. Raise and support front of vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Remove brake caliper and suspend from frame with brake line attached using a piece of wire.
3. Remove brake rotor.
4. Remove cotter pin, lock and axle hub nut.
5. Remove hub to knuckle attaching bolts, then remove hub.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Partially fill hub cavity of steering knuckle with chassis lubricant. Torque hub to steering knuckle attaching bolts to
75 ft. lbs. Torque hub nut to 175 ft. lbs., then install lock and cotter pin.
