Adjust the holding solenoid idle speed to 900 RPM using the Sole-Vac throttle positioner hex-head adjustment screw (Figure 8).

Remove the jumper wire from the Sole-Vac holding solenoid wire. Reconnect the Sole-Vac holding solenoid wire connector.

Reconnect the Sole-Vac actuator vacuum hose.
17.
Disconnect and plug the EGR valve vacuum hose.
18.
Position the fast idle speed adjustment screw on the second highest step of the fast idle cam.
19.
Adjust the fast idle speed to 1700 RPM (Figure 9).
20.
Turn the engine off and disconnect the tachometer. Unplug and reconnect the EGR vacuum hose.
