Locate Choke Vacuum Diaphragm, just above the choke housing. Remove vacuum line and use a number T-15 torx bit to remove the two
mounting screws. Remove the vacuum diaphragm and connector link (Figure 1).

Remove connector link from old part and install on new provided choke diaphragm.

Install new choke diaphragm and connector link on carburetor and tighten mounting screws securely.

Connect a hand held vacuum pump to vacuum diaphragm and apply 19 in.Hg. (64 kPa) to force diaphragm against the stop.
7.
Using a .180" round carburetor gauge, check and adjust the choke valve clearance at the top edge of the choke blade. Adjust by bending the
vacuum diaphragm connector link (Figure 2).
8.
Remove vacuum source and install vacuum hose to choke diaphragm.
