Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
The crankshaft position (CKP) sensor is mounted to the transmission bellhousing at the left/rear side of the engine block, near the outer edge of the
flywheel (starter ring gear).
The sensor may be mounted to the transmission with one of the following three different configurations:
Crankshaft Position Sensor - One-Bolt Mounting
