Rear Door Latch - Removal

Full Rear Door

REMOVAL

1. Remove the carrier plate (6), See: Service and Repair/Rear Door Carrier Plate - Removal.

NOTE: Front door shown, rear door similar.

2. Disconnect the actuator rods.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
4. Disconnect the latch cables (3).
5. Slide the latch off the latch bracket tabs (2) and remove the latch.
