3. Remove and save the left front plastic wheel liner.
4. Disconnect the left rear brake tube from the junction block (top brake line) (Figure 13).
5. Raise the vehicle on a hoist and unsnap the left rear brake tube from the frame clips.
6. Remove the left rear wheel.
7. Disconnect the brake tube from the left rear wheel flex hose connector.
8. With the help of an assistant, install the new brake tube into position on the vehicle.
CAUTION:
Use extreme care not to scratch the black tube coating during installation.
9. Connect the brake tube to the left rear wheel flex hose and tighten the flare nut to 170 in. lbs. (19 N.m).
10. Snap the new brake tube into all of the frame clips.
11. Connect the left rear brake tube to the open port on the junction block. Tighten the flare nut to 170 in. lbs. (19 N.m).
12. Install the left front plastic wheel liner.
13. Install the left rear wheel and tighten lug nuts to 100 ft. lbs. (135 N.m).
