Parking Brake Lever: Service and Repair
Removal
REMOVAL
1. Remove the center console (3) See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Center Console - Removal.
2. Lockout the parking brake lever by inserting a punch (1) in the hole on the lever and by pulling up on the cable (3) to loosen and provide some
slack See: Service and Repair.
3. Disconnect the rear park cables (2) from the equalizer.
