4. Install the pressure hose (2) at the pump pressure port. Tighten the tube nut to 31 Nm (23 ft. lbs.).
5. Reinstall the coolant bottle back into position.
6. Fill and bleed the power steering system See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power Steering/Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair.
7. Check for leaks.
8. Install the air box assembly See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair.
Return Hose
RETURN HOSE
1. Install the return hose (2) to the vehicle.
2. Install and secure the return hose at the routing clips (1).
3. Install the bumper to grille panel (3).
4. Install the return hose (1) at the gear. Tighten the tube nut to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
