Flywheel: Service and Repair
Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Clean the surfaces of the flywheel and pressure plate.
2. Install flywheel with new bolts and tighten in a criss-cross pattern. On 3.8L engine tighten bolts to 81 Nm (60 ft. lbs.). On 2.8L engine tighten
bolts to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.).
3. Install clutch disc and pressure plate.
4. Install transmission.
