Seat Cover: Service and Repair
Seat Cushion Cover - Installation

Front

INSTALLATION

1. Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. See: Service Precautions 
2. For appropriate seat configuration illustrations, See: Description and Operation/Front Seat - Description.
3. Install the seat cushion cover onto the cushion and install new hog rings.
4. Install the cushion onto the seat cushion frame and connect the J-straps.
5. Install the front seat, See: Service and Repair/Front Seat - Installation.

Rear

INSTALLATION

1. Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. See: Service Precautions.
2. For appropriate seat configuration illustrations, See: Description and Operation/Front Seat - Description.

Two Door

1. Position the cover over the cushion and attach with new hog rings.
2. Position the seat cushion over the seat frame and fasten the J-straps.
3. Install the seat cushion onto the seat back frame and install the cushion assembly bolts.
4. Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the seat, See: Service and Repair/Front Seat - Installation.

Four Door

1. Position the cover over the cushion and attach with new hog rings.
2. Position the seat cushion over the seat frame and fasten the J-straps.
3. Install the seat cushion assembly onto the seat back assembly and install the pivot bolts.
4. Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18.5 ft. lbs.)
5. Position the seat halves back together.
6. Install the seat, See: Service and Repair/Front Seat - Installation.
