Amanti V6-3.5L (2006)
1. Remove the guide rod bolt, lift the caliper assembly up and suspend it with a wire.
2. Remove the following parts from the caliper support.
1) Pad assembly
2) Pad spring
3) Outer shim

INSTALLATION
1. Install the pad springs to the carrier.
2. Install the pads on each pad spring.
CAUTION:

All four pads must be replaced as a complete set.

When replacing the brake pads, check for deformation. When replacing the pad spring, use a new one or thoroughly clean the used one.
3. Press-fit the piston with a hammer handle or the special tool (OK130 430 017).
4. Apply the RX-2 grease on the guide rod and boot, and then install the guide rod that is contained the bushing at the lower of carrier.
5. Lower and insert the brake cylinder carefully so as not to damage the boot.
