Global Diagnostic System (GDS)
Service Procedure
1.
Using the GDS, print out the engine management's "Freeze Frame" data and attach to the workshop copy of the repair order.
NOTICE:
Do NOT erase fault codes until the Freeze Frame data has been recorded!
2.
Based upon the engine management's Freeze Frame data and the description provided in this TSB, if necessary, replace the faulty HO2S with a
new improved one.
Tighten the sensor to 25.3 to 32.5 lb/ft.
