Electronic Brake Control Module: Description and Operation

EBD (Electronic Brake-force Distribution) 

The EBD is additionally applied instead of the proportioning valve to make the ideal distribution of a fluid pressure to the front and rear brake to
prevent the brakes from skidding in the event of rear wheel lock and to obtain a higher brake efficiency within the range of service brake application.
