Rio Cinco L4-1.6L DOHC 16V (2003)
1. Position outside door handle.
2. Install two mounting nuts.
Tighten two mounting nuts to 61 - 87 lb-in (7 - 10 N.m, 70 - 100 kg-cm)
3. Install plastic moisture barrier.
a. Fasten plastic moisture barrier.
b. Route electrical harness connector through plastic moisture barrier.
c. Pull out remote control rods for inner door handle through plastic moisture barrier.
4. Install speaker with three mounting bolts.
5. Install pull handle bracket with one mounting screw.
6. Install door trim. Refer to "Trim".
7. Connect negative battery cable.
