Evaporative Canister Filter: Service and Repair
Replacement
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
2. Lift the vehicle with a jack.
3. Disconnect the canister close valve connector (A).
4. Disconnect the vapor hoses (B) from the canister.
5. Remove the installation bolt (C).
6. Remove the fuel tank air filter (D).
7. Install a new fuel tank assembly.
