Blower Motor: Testing and Inspection

Blower motor-front

1. Disconnect blower motor connector.
2. Verify that blower motor runs when connecting 12 V to terminal 2 (B/R) and ground terminal 1(L).
3. If not as specified, replace the blower motor.

Blower motor-rear

1. Disconnect blower motor connector.
2. Verify that blower motor runs when connecting 12 V to terminal 1 (G/W) and ground terminal 2 (B/R).
3. If not as specified, replace the blower motor.
