Harness Inspection Procedures
SENSOR INSPECTION
1. Disconnect the knock sensor connector.
2. Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2.
Standard value: about 5 MOhm [at 20 °C (68 °F)]
3. If the resistance is zero, replace the knock sensor.
Knock sensor: 19.6 - 24.5 Nm (200 - 250 kg.cm, 14.5 - 18.1 lb.ft)
4. Measure the capacitance between the terminal 1 and 2
Standard value: 800 - 1600 pF
