testing, the MIT simulates Aux and USB input source and plays through the audio system. The tester also simulates a phone call coming into the vehicle
to verify both pairing and connectivity. The MIT is powered via the USB cable attached to the unit. It also eliminates the need for the technician to use
their own personal cell phone or media device to check the system.

Connection

1. Turn vehicle ignition on.

2. Connect the USB and Audio (Line-In) cables to the vehicle's audio ports. The MIT is powered by the USB Cable.

3. Verify the green power LED is illuminated.

4. The included USB power adapter can be used to power the MIT for those vehicles that do not have a USB port.

Testing the AUX/Line-In function

1. If the MIT AUX LED is not illuminated, press and release the TEST SELECTOR button until the MIT AUX LED illuminates. The vehicle's audio
system will change to AUX input.

2. Audio playback confirms that the audio input jack test using the input test tool (MIT) is working correctly.
