Leak Detection Pump: Testing and Inspection
Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor
Removal
1. Remove rear seat cushion.
2. Disconnect fuel delivery module connector.
3. Remove three screws attaching access cover.
4. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor connector, then remove retainer nut, and remove fuel tank sensor from fuel delivery module.
Installation
1. Reinstall fuel tank pressure sensor to fuel delivery module.
2. Reinstall retainer nut.
3. Reinstall fuel tank pressure sensor connector.
4. Reattach fuel tank pressure sensor ground wire to the fuel tank sending unit mounting plate with previously removed screw.
5. Reinstall the fuel pump access cover.
6. Reinstall the three (3) fuel pump access cover screws with the ground wire.
7. Reinstall rear seat cushion.
