Remove and keep the two (2) outside door handle retaining nuts, then remove the outside door handle.
13.
Remove and keep the three (3) door lock retaining screws.
14.
Carefully remove the door lock assembly (with rods attached) from the rear door.
15.
Remove the inside door handle rod, the door lock knob rod and the power door lock actuator rod (if equipped) from the old door lock assembly
and install them onto the new door lock assembly in their same locations.
Notice:
If the vehicle is not equipped with power door locks, remove the retaining clip for the power door lock actuator rod from the new door lock
assembly
