Reinstall the front undercover panel using the four (4) previously removed bolts. Torque the bolts to specification.
Tightening Torque: 74 lb./ft.
16.
FOR 4 WHEEL DRIVE (4WD) vehicles, reinstall the front drive shaft ensuring that the "mating" marks on the flanges are properly aligned.
Torque the nuts to specification.
Tightening Torque:
Differential Flange Bolt 29 lb./ft.
Transfer Case Flange Bolt 40 lb./ft.
* NOTICE
Rotate the front drive shaft to ensure proper clearance between the cooler line flexible hose clamps and the front drive shaft.
17.
Lower the vehicle. Ensure that the vehicle is on a level surface then start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature.
18.
With the parking brake firmly set, depress the brake pedal and move the shift lever slowly through all transmission ranges then return the shift
lever to the "Park" position.
