Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
NOTE: On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove air intake hose mounting bolts.
3. Loosen clamp located at throttle body end of air intake hose.

4. Remove air hose, ISC air hose, breather hose and vacuum line from air intake hose, Fig. 5.
5. Disconnect mass air flow (MAF) sensor connector by pushing on wire clip.
6. Loosen clamp located at air cleaner assembly of air intake hose.
